Working backwards from a career decision to stream selection

Our counselling focuses on long-term goals and achievements for everyone. In most cases,students, parents/counsellors focus on just academic counselling and work on course and college selection for admissions. However, we work backwards. We scan the student’s mind by conducting brainstorming sessions and understand his/her personality traits by giving importance to the student's area of interest.
